Blog Everyday in May has come to an end!

It’s hard to say goodbye my love!

Thank you for sticking with me all month as I ventured into this “blog everyday” challenge. I was inspired by one of my favorite YouTubers, Evelyn From the Internets, who does her VEDA (Vlog Every Day in April) challenge each year. She is hilarious, smart, relatable, and Beyonce Giselle Knowles-Carter knows she exists. So, yeah, fall in love with this lady down below.

I can’t believe I blogged for 31 days straight. I’ve never done anything like this before, not intentionally anyway. Sure, as a writer, I write every day for work. But to write about whatever I wanted on my own space, without edit, every single day, for free was the best kind of torture. There were days I ran out of ideas. Yup, I sure did repost an old story or two, SURE THE HECK DID. And you best believe I did a few listicles to keep the stories flowing. But everything worked out. This challenge helped me to push my creativity and connect with more readers (which is always an awesome thing)!

So what now?

Well, I’m definitely not blogging every single day for the rest of the year (maybe). It ain’t easy to come up with an interesting, evergreen-ish, enjoyable story every single day.
